VORTEX - WET Deck Day Pass

WET Deck Day Pass for one person on 25 October 2026, valid from 10AM–6PM.
Access is granted upon presentation of a valid event ticket. Sunbeds are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved. Towels must be returned before leaving the pool area. Outside food and beverages are not permitted. The WET Deck pool area is not supervised by a lifeguard and guests use the pool and facilities at their own risk. The WET Deck experience is weather dependent and no refund or compensation will be provided where access or enjoyment is affected by adverse weather or temporary closure.
The Fine Print
This voucher is valid only on the specified event date and is subject to availability. The voucher is valid for the number of guests specified in the package description and is non-transferable and non-refundable. Full prepayment is required at the time of booking. No refunds, credits, exchanges or date changes will be provided for late arrival, no-show or unused services, unless the event is cancelled by the organiser. The hotel reserves the right to modify operating hours, facilities or access conditions where necessary for operational, maintenance, health, safety or weather-related reasons. The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests whose behaviour may affect the safety, comfort or enjoyment of other guests. Any additional services, food, beverages or charges not expressly included in the package will be charged separately.
